This merge request re-implements the Mystic Ticket, Aurora Ticket, and Old Sea Map as follows:

Mystic and Aurora Ticket: After becoming Champion, speak to the girl in Littleroot Town that initially blocks the player from entering Route 101.
Old Sea Map: Talk to the fisherman in Dewford Town that gives the player the Old Rod after becoming the Champion and say that "fishing isn't going too good."
