Ingo Schommer 3135c96fc9 ENHANCEMENT: Macrons, umlauts, etc, are now transliterated when inserted into URLS. API CHANGE: Added Transliterator class, which uses iconv() or strtr() to convert characters with diacritical marks to their ASCII equivalents.
