* Allow use of display names with SwiftMailer
The syntax to allow display names with SwiftMailer is as follow:
`->setFrom(['john@doe.com' => 'John Doe'])`
Just like you set the `Email.admin_email`, you can set the default sender display name through the `Email.admin_email_displayname` configuration setting.

The ` $has_one` can be used both for `1-to-1` and `many-to-1` relations, depending on how is configured the inverse mapping on the related class. The documentation seems to suggest that `$has_one` implies a `1-to-1` relation, but then it gives an example of a `many-to-1` relationship. Since we are focusing on `$has_one` I would also put the `Player` class before the `Team` class.

Adding a relationship to core classes brings some extra syntax issues. I think it would be usefull to not that core classes are realted through Image::class and that a has-one-relationship needed on a core class when relating them thru has_many, can be set up through yml.

The previous exmaple for adding a Mamcached backend was not working properly. Using this example results in Zend_Cache_Backend_Memcached using the default (fallback) settings (which are exactly the same as in the exmaple though).
+ Added an extra example for Memcached instances which are listening on a Unix socket.

Remove rewrite-less routing through index.php
...
It's currently broken (doesn't rewrite subsequent links),
and is of questionable use. It was introduced during a time
when PHP didn't have a built-in webserver (I think).
Virtually ever webserver will have rewriting capabilities these days (even IIS!),
and if you struggle with the setup as a new user, you can just fall back to PHP's built-in webserver.
This doesn't affect installation capabilities, since these are triggered via install.php.

Remove TinyMCE spellchecker instructions
...
They're broken since you can't access PHP files in the vendor dir any more,
and they're not easily fixed by creating a new rpc.php file in the webroot.
There's something around TinyMCE missing a base_uri.
Regardless, browsers have great built-in spellcheck these days,
so server-side spellchecking is more of an edge case that we don't have to cater for in core.

Changed the `strictFormMethodCheck` protected property from false to true to step out on the front foot with this security setting. In the documentation under the title [Cross-Site Request Forgery](https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-framework/blob/master/docs/en/02_Developer_Guides/09_Security/04_Secure_Coding.md#cross-site-request-forgery-csrf ) it states, "it is also recommended to limit form submissions to the intended HTTP verb (mostly GET or POST) through [api:Form::setStrictFormMethodCheck()]." The same advice is noted in [Form Security](c2292a4cc1/docs/en/02_Developer_Guides/03_Forms/04_Form_Security.md (strict-form-submission)14c59be8
