6028cf1b62 Fixed panel spacing regressions from 544d2eb6 
Specifically, the change removed the "add page" panel padding,
because it moved padding from .cms-panel-padded into
commonly contained elements, like .ui-tabs-panel.
Apart from breaking layouts, it makes the class meaningless,
since its only padded depending on which elements it contains.

In order to rectify some introduced inconsistencies,
much too complex were required, e.g.
.ui-tabs .cms-edit-form, .ui-tabs .cms-content-fields {...}.

fe08236f21 API Add action tabsets as a interface idiom. 
Introduces the concept of action tabsets - usage of TabSet and Tabs
in between the action buttons to allow richer set of capabilities that
can be offered to the user.

Goes along with c8d0cdec99c95dbed3b58ebcc098cc9d22c58206 that implements
a change to the CMS actions.

7dd224d2a4 Made GridField font size settings less cryptic 
Instead of applying it to generic alignment classes like
"left" and "right", make it clear that those are targeted
at all contents of the button row.

f4b080ee06 NEW Side by side editing functionality - first cut (os#7412) 
Introduces a preview window that appears when the screen is wide enough,
removes old preview button, adds a draft-public switch, adds variety of
preview options which are not hooked up yet.

9152387c92 Fixed GridField button alignment (regression from a9cbea34) 
The text-indent: 9999px was relying on text-align: right to function. Because it was left-aligned, text showed below the icon graphic.
The width of the button column was constrainted to 40px,
which first of all didn't fit the two icons properly,
but also made the big assumption that we never have more than two.
The new width: auto setting means that the column might be a bit
longer than desired, but at least it doesn't cut off icons
or wrap them into multiple lines unnecessarily.

Thanks to ARNHOE for starting this patch.

2dabaebad8 BUG: File Uploading Notifications (fixes #7883) 
Put "File upload complete" and "back to folder" together. Turned 'File
upload' into a message, and updated the message styles.
Moved allowed file types into the area where users are uploading files.
This is a temporary fix until js tooltips are implemented, at which
point, these details will be shown when clicking a question mark beside
"Choose files".
Added small animation effect to files when opening iframe to edit. Now
slides down, rather than just appearing open

1a864d739d BUG: Force gridfield to wrap on long content 
Make sure gridfield cells wrap. Added word-warp, so long words will
break apart to wrap, and a max-width.

The max-width number is semi-arbitrary. In practice it does not act as
a real max-width, but as some sort of limit on the percentage.
Unfortunately, this fix has no effect at all on any version of IE.

2. Made some scss comments use // so they wouldnt appear in generated css

ENHANCEMENT: Gridfield usability (fixes 7215)
1. Modified gridfield to use default colours
2. Added ability to show and hide the filter
3. Design changes to icons used
4. Gridfield template fixes: Took out broken mark-up from templates (spans were being inserted inside spans), and adjusted styles. Added extra class to template
5. Added "filter by ..." placeholder text to input fields

f2411cf13a BUGFIX: Uploads save button not visible (Trac #7294) 
Fixed the calculation of height for the upload (non AssetUploads) area
so that the save button would show. Took off the min-height, as this
will cause UI issues when there are multiple files open for editing.

10dffd34a5 Revert "BUG FIX: Make Inputs in Input-Selects take up the whole select box (#6934)". 
It hardcodes a width too globally, and uses magic numbers rather than the $grid-x system.
Also, it breaks styling, e.g. in the 'insert image' dialog.

This reverts commit 050afddc8e.

0bc6bffa9b BUGFIX Changed CSS class structure of GridField to avoid duplication of ".ss-gridfield" selector in different contexts, and make selectors less verbose (no more "fieldset.ss-gridfield"). abfa16fa70 ENHANCEMENT Using native jQuery UI buttons and icon styling for a less coupled implementation (e.g. assuming that a "constructive" button always has a specific icon, or one at all). 3c516b7b97 API CHANGE: Refactored GridField modifiers into GridField_ColumnProvider, GridField_HTMLProvider, GridField_ActionProvider, and GridField_DataModifier interfaces, all added as components in the config. 
API CHANGE: Simplified state handling so that it's just a key store. Affectors are replaced with GridField_ActionProviders. API CHANGE: Removed GridField state manipulation actions instead opting for GridField_ActionProvider actions.
API CHANGE: Removed support for modifiers that add "body" rows, instead having core support for generating the body rows hardcoded into the GridField.
API CHANGE: Allow modification of columns across the whole GridField with the GridField_ColumnProvider interface.
API CHANGE: Renamed GridField_AlterAction to GridField_Action, and added actionName/args parameters, since it can be used for all actions (including batch actions and row actions)
API CHANGE: Removed GridFieldRow class.
