+为了方便说明，假设背景情况如下：
+
+1. 有一个自己的VPS，IP是1.1.1.1，可以访问GitHub，而且速度还可以。
+
+实现的效果：
+
+1. 访问1.1.1.1的7777端口，就是访问GitHub。
+
+操作步骤：
+1. 准备配置文件github.toml，写入如下内容：
+```toml
+[[host]]
+bind="http://1.1.1.1:7777/"
+target="https://github.com/"
+upstream="github.com:443"
+timeout=5000
+```
