test: 最终测试报告 + 补全最后2个端点覆盖(by-template/PUT review)

新增 G-11/G-12:
- by-template 按模板查询题库 ✅ 200
- PUT /:id/review 管理员复查 ✅ 200

最终统计: 110项全部通过, 覆盖7画面/24API端点/3角色
报告: docs/tests/AuraK-最终测试报告.md (8章完整报告)
