Resolved issue #33 when sorting to page the to page sort was called first then the on page sort was called which caused the indexes to become confused

Fixed issue #33 were in newer browsers after dropping on the pagination arrows the edit screen would be displayed

BUGFIX renamed the Items array that is sent in post, as it was being overriden by another postvar called Items, containing GridState data. The array of Item Ids used by SortableGridField is now called ItemIDs

Removed sorting to first page and last page as this would mean re-indexing allot of items potentially
