BUGFIX Fixed alterting field types with a fulltext index on a table - an error would complain that a fulltext index exists, which needs to be dropped before the column can be altered

5eec769564 BUGFIX: disabling database connection reuse. This resulted in fail if two parallel connections to the same server were estabilished, each using different database. 42d70770f0 BUGFIX Fixed SQL server case where text size limit for varchar and text was too small (probably imposed by FreeTDS) so we need to force a 2GB maximum
