API CHANGE: Renamed conflicting classes to have an "SS_" namespace, and renamed existing "SS" namespace to "SS_". The affected classes are: HTTPRequest, HTTPResponse, Query, Database, SSBacktrace, SSCli, SSDatetime, SSDatetimeTest, SSLog, SSLogTest, SSLogEmailWriter, SSLogErrorEmailFormatter, SSLogErrorFileFormatter, SSLogFileWriter and SSZendLog.
