Note: Use dev/tasks/UpgradeSiteTreePermissionSchemaTask/run to migrate legacy data to the new schema as outlined above

filesystem ENHANCEMENT Added fieldLabels() overloading to various DataObject subclasses. Use this method instead of directly calling _t() in getCMSFields(), and use fieldLabel('MyField') to get the label for a specific FormField. security ENHANCEMENT Only logging out users on Security::permissionFailure() is called in non-ajax context. For ajax requests, we now return a 403 HTTP Status in a HTTPResponse Object, with a ":NOTLOGGEDIN" body for backwards compatibility.
