Andrew Short 72592d8c14 FEATURE: Added RequestHandler->allowedActions() to return a unified representation (including extensions) of all allowed actions on a controller.

BUGFIX: Updated Controller->hasAction() to use RequestHandler->allowedActions() so that extension actions are recognised.
