Ingo Schommer 9434f87cb9 API CHANGE Updated Zend framework dependency from 1.8.1 to 1.11.6. Includes changes to the underlying CLDR locale data, which changes the default en_US date format from 'MM/dd/yyyy' to a less ambiguous 'MMM d, y' (before: '01/31/2011', after: 'Dec 1, 2011')
