1f7fc1f76a FIX Remove instances of lines longer than 120c 
The entire framework repo (with the exception of system-generated files) has been amended to respect the 120c line-length limit.  This is in preparation for the enforcement of this rule with PHP_CodeSniffer.

54d8abcdc7 Bug:ListBoxField and DropdownField does not respect getSource in all Places 
In some places source is referenced directly and assumed to be array, while in some places the getSource() method is used instead.
By changing this you have more freedom when extending these classes

60c72c40d9 API CHANGE Use of the DropdownField $emptyString argument is now 
properly deprecated (has been marked as deprecated since 2.3). Please
use setEmptyString() on the DropdownField instance instead.

f85f30ac61 BUGFIX DropdownField with SS_Map as the source should use empty string 
as the value, and the empty string text as the title, not the other way
around.

249c7a7d12 APICHANGE: delete GenericDataAdmin, RelatedDataEditor, DropdownField_WithAdd and their related code (js, css, etc) from cms, sapphire, "GenericDataAdmin" name space has also been deleted from lang files. They are all added in the new module "genericdataadmin"

c8c9c2166d ENHANCEMENT Added DropdownField->setEmptyString() and DropdownField->setHasEmptyDefault() to decrease constructor arguments and allow for modification of behaviour after calling construtor. Added DropdownField->getSource() to dynamically include empty defaults at rendering-time rather than construction time. Adjusted DropdownField subclasses to new behaviour

8dff62d3cb API CHANGE Deprecated GroupedDropdownField, DropdownField should now be used instead 
ENHANCEMENT DropdownField now allows for <optgroup> elements in the field source by passing in a two dimensional array - this was taken from GroupedDropdownField
