cd4ebb25ca Fix HTMLText AbsoluteLinks not parsing placeholder 
Add an AbsoluteLinks method to HTMLText that parses placeholders instead of returning the raw value.

1f7fc1f76a FIX Remove instances of lines longer than 120c 
The entire framework repo (with the exception of system-generated files) has been amended to respect the 120c line-length limit.  This is in preparation for the enforcement of this rule with PHP_CodeSniffer.

7558d32da6 FIX: use standard template rendering process for RSS feeds 
This changes the behaviour of output to browser to use the standard SilverStripe rendering process rather than an echo statement to enable easier testability.

f1db65d6b6 API: add api for setting a custom template on a RSS feed. 
See initial idea at http://open.silverstripe.org/ticket/6441. Added $template property and corresponding getters / setters for customizing the template used. Added relevant unit test.

400157c8bf MINOR Fixed RSSFeedTest which should put test configuration code into setUp() and tearDown() methods. If the test fails halfway through, these will get called to clean up the state (from r113430)

29ea7e0b98 BUGFIX Use BASE_PATH and BASE_URL instead of data from $_SERVER. 
API CHANGE: Determine default BASE_PATH/BASE_URL from the __FILE__ content, so that the script that initiated the Sapphire process doesn't matter.  This means that index.php doesn't need to manipulate those variables. (from r97731)

b8846a9ab3 MINOR Temporarily disabled RSSFeedTest as its overriding environment variables that should be handled by Director class with Director::setBaseURL() (which is currently not fully working). Added stub-tests for Director.
