MINOR Removed specific removal of temporary directory in ManifestBuilderTest::testThemeRetrieval() and replaced it with Filesystem::replaceFolder() which does the same thing

ENHANCEMENT ManifestBuilder::get_manifest_info() now uses ManifestBuilder::get_themes() instead of doing it's own retrieval of available themes

Added TokenisedRegularExpression for accurate parsing of class files for the manifest. To make it efficient, the parse results of each file are now cached.
