Ingo Schommer	8f23fa99a5	API Moved CMS-specific JavaScript to admin/thirdparty The 'admin' module will be split off from 'framework', where 'framework' only provides (mostly) frontend-agnostic PHP classes. API: Remove InlineFormAction::includeDefaultJS() Developers must now take responsibility for including the necessary JS and CSS themselves. API: Remove js/css requirements include from form fields.

API: Remove InlineFormAction::includeDefaultJS()

Developers must now take responsibility for including the necessary JS
and CSS themselves. This has been implemented in the admin, but not
in other use-cases.
