f5af0c85ba FIX: Don’t use SplFixedArray in PHP 7. 
PHP 7 seems to suffer a segfault when using SplFixedArray. Since LRU is
deprecated anyway, I’m not too fussed about getting to the bottom of
this issue, however, if it turns out that SplFixedArray is corrected in
PHP 7.0.0 stable or a future patch release, we could update this check.

262f487053 MINOR: Avoid access-changing subclass in test. 
Using a subclass to change the visibility of protected items didn’t
seem necessary in this case, if we add a reasonably logical getter
method.

12a83d70ae FIX: Removed PHP4 syntax from Diff.php 
Like SimpleTest, we should probably replace this for a new library,
but for now this will help us achieve PHP7 support.

04e9376a5a Exclude node_modules from manifests 
Believe it or not, some node modules contain PHP files,
which get included by default otherwise.

This also fixes a performance regression on ?flush,
the existence of node_modules will cause a lot of unneccesary file lookups.

073e73a2f4 Replaced filterByCallback for 'Children' to just create a new array as function calls are exponentially expensive in PHP (the more functions that exist, the slower a function call becomes) and replaced 'array_key_exists' with op-code equivalent for speed. The best increase isn't really noticeable but we should work towards optimizing the core as much as possible. 2016-01-25 13:22:51 +00:00

3ee8f505b7 MINORE: Remove training whitespace. 
The main benefit of this is so that authors who make use of
.editorconfig don't end up with whitespace changes in their PRs.

Spaces vs. tabs has been left alone, although that could do with a
tidy-up in SS4 after the switch to PSR-1/2.

The command used was this:

1b8d295767 API CHANGE: Shift to Monolog for error reporting and logging 
API CHANGE: Debug::showError(), Debug::showLines(), Debug::log(), and Debug::header() removed
NEW: Logging provided

ZendLog has been removed and monolog introduced instead as a dependency.
The “ErrorLogger” injection point is now the used as the logger that
errors are fed into, and implements PSR-3’s Psr\Log\LoggerInterface.

The SS_ERROR_LOG setting expect a Monolog Logger to be provided as the
ErrorLogger.
