fdbd899766 DOC Update SilverStripe to Silverstripe CMS 
- Remaining Developer Guides and Upgrading
- SilverStripe in a namespace or api has not been change
- To keep PRs easier no formatting was changed

Update merge conflics with two files

Update Silverstripe Ltd, Silverstripe Cloud and Silverstripe CMS

Silverstripe CMS Ltd > Silverstripe Ltd
Silverstripe CMS Platform > Silverstripe Cloud
Silverstripe CMS Framework > Silverstripe CMS

Resolve merge conflict

Remove Framework from Silverstripe CMS Framework

[doc] Update to Silverstripe 4 convention 
- The Silverstripe 4 folder structure has been changed from **app/code/** to **app/src/**
- Renamed Silverstripe in text. I assume `api:` and `Namespace`, should remain SilverStripe
- Added some missing semicolons

DOC: fix api link syntax and a couple of typos 
The link to the api documentation for `writeWithoutVersion()` was invalid and not rendering as a link. Also fixed a couple of typos in surrounding text.

DOC: fix broken heading 
It appears there may be a bug in gatsby which causes code blocks in headings to not be output. I can't find a specific issue in their project to link this to, so it might be best to simply remove the code block here allowing the header to display correctly.

GraphQL scaffolding uses names consisting of the first part of the namespace and the classname, but to inject it to the HistoryViewer field you need to use the database table name.

732dfe5aaa DOCS Clarify cascade publish/delete perm checks 
We decided during implementation not to check permissions explicitly on cascading objects due to performance concerns.
For example, when publishing a page with embedded images, publish permissions on the image are implied - even if Image->canPublish() would return false for this author.
