BUG Cached images stored in wrong folder
...
If multiple image manipulations are performend the resulting cached image is stored in assets/_resampled because the cached version of the image has no ParentID, which cacheFilename needs to set the correct path.

FIX Remove instances of lines longer than 120c
...
The entire framework repo (with the exception of system-generated files) has been amended to respect the 120c line-length limit. This is in preparation for the enforcement of this rule with PHP_CodeSniffer.

BUGFIX: regex-escape strings to prevent regex syntax errors
...
Apply preg_quote to each generator name and to $this->Name so that their use in a
regular expression will not cause run-time errors.
Provided fixture and test.

MINOR Changed ImageTest to use fixture files located in assets/ folder, the filesystem API doesn't support Folder objects with "sapphire/..." paths, which leads to inconsistent results (from r107272)
