The entire framework repo (with the exception of system-generated files) has been amended to respect the 120c line-length limit. Simon Welsh	9bd7765272	API CHANGE Renames Transliterator to SS_Transliterator ... The intl extension in PHP 5.4 provides a Transliterator class, which conflicts with the SilverStripe one.
