Summary:
PHPUnit 3.8+ adds a method to its PHPUnit_Framework_TestListener called addRiskyTest(). Need to stub it out to avoid "must implement this interface method" fatals when using 3.8+

The entire framework repo (with the exception of system-generated files) has been amended to respect the 120c line-length limit. This is in preparation for the enforcement of this rule with PHP_CodeSniffer.
