11d5ce0274 BUGFIX Moved SINGLETON resetting for test runs from SiteTreeTest/ObjectTest into SapphireTest - there should be no caching between all test invocations to avoid side effects

5ad33a014a BUGFIX Reset $_SINGLETONS cache in SiteTreeTest::tear_down() to avoid stale Translatable information. This broke SiteTreePermissionTest and SiteTreeTest when running in parallel with Translatable enabled.

f3959b038d API CHANGE Deprecated use of SapphireTest->fixture to access YML fixtures, please use gateway methods on SapphireTest instead (e.g. $this->objFromFixture() instead of $this->fixture->objFromFixture()) 
ENHANCEMENT Allowing multiple fixtures to be defined in SapphireTest::$fixture_file through array notation. 
BUGFIX Disabling DataObject validation in YamlFixture->saveIntoDatabase() instead of SapphireTest->setUp()
MINOR Adapted sapphire unit tests to deprecated $this->fixture usage

ed06eb37c0 BUGFIX: Created Versioned's Version field as a proper Dataobject field. 
API CHANGE: DataObject's internal $this->record array doesn't import null values, so that they don't get written back out.
API CHANGE: DataObject queries explicitly list columns, rather than using *.  This means that extraneous columns won't be included.
MINOR: Updated tests for db abstraction.

40215a9937 ENHANCEMENT Removed object state setting in CMSMain/SiteTree publication process: DeletedFromStage, CheckedPublicationDifferences, IsAddedToStage and added getters for them. Improves testability as we don't have to rely on random methods like MenuTitle() being called to set object state. 
ENHANCEMENT Flushing cache in SiteTree->onAfterWrite() and SiteTree->onAfterDelete() to ensure the publication state is up to date

8bf5c3781e Reverted Hierarchy::extraDBFields() because it interfered with normal generation of the site hierarchy. Note that children(), stageChildren(), and liveChildren() cannot be simply labelled as relations because they are methods with a different semantic meaning. I recommend the use of something similar to to enable access to information beyond relations via the data formatters
