ea20f1101f BUGFIX: getting rid of problem with disappearing buttons on the initial page load (not ajax). The initialization was called twice on the CMSForm, and on the second call the ajaxActionsAtTop was removing the buttons - now the buttons are removed only when there is something to be added.

15d75ad293 FEATURE concurrent editing alerts. if two users are editing a page, the will get a notice. If Bob deletes/saves the page Alice is working on, Alice will be notified.

25a6aefc9a elofgren: Use CSS padding and some JS hacks to make the AJAX action buttons fit at the bottom of the screen. Now that tabsets are no longer wrapped in a div (to reduce wasted space under tags), there was

9413acbc05 elofgren: Comment out StatusTitle? code for ajax actions because on IE6, IE7, and Safari 3, the status message becomes 'null' on 2nd hover and because there is not room for long titles when action buttons are on the same line. Now a simple title tooltip is shown instead.

7f61325204 elofgren: Remove unused code: 1. doYouWantToSave() that called OpenModalDialog?() has been replaced by a call to confirm() 2. CMSMain::savedialog() which was the PHP part of the old modal save dialog. 3. save() in NewsletterAdmin?_right.js which seems to have been replaced by the save function of Form_EditForm
