Subject: [PATCH] elofgren: Comment out StatusTitle? code for ajax actions
 because on IE6, IE7, and Safari 3, the status message becomes 'null' on 2nd
 hover and because there is not room for long titles when action buttons are
 on the same line. Now a simple title tooltip is shown instead. (merged from
 branches/gsoc)
