Optimization for SiteTree::allowedChildren()

Browse Source 
Adds an `Object::extend('updateAllowedChildren')` whilst also
  caching the default response

Using `get_class($this)` as cache key as this is what is used
  in `Configurable::stat($name)` to retrieve the candidates
