Remove Saucelabs docs, not used
...
I haven’t heard of anybody actually using Saucelabs,
and those instructions are already out of date - e.g. the wd_host seems to require SSL now
(https://wiki.saucelabs.com/display/DOCS/Instant+Selenium+PHP+Tests )
and the capabilities are woefully outdated.

Use composer to install Selenium, which allows us to just specify the latest stable release.
Add some notes around Travis compat, since that's bitten us before with core tests.

2c4eb2050d
NEW: Add bootstrap_file extension parameter.

The bootstrap_file parameter specifies a PHP file that will be included
between Constants.php (which is included by the composer autoloader)
and Core.php (which is included by SilverStripeAwareInitializer).
The goal of this setting is to provide a bit more flexibility about how
behat test environments are set up. It’s the logical companion of
PHPUnit’s bootstrap property.

Not a tested driver for framework tests. Might work, but we shouldn't recommend it. Plus, we'll need to add it as a composer requirement if mentioned in `behat.yml` (see #94 ).
