preloading, something akin to builtin, loads some very small predefined (macro) methods for the tests to work (ie call)
and remove a lot of stale parfait boots from tests (from before using rubyxc)
Class, Method and Lambda (was block) are expressions. Just making things clearer, especially for the blocks (ahem, lambdas) is matters. wip
