Change Locals in calling convention
...
Just like the args, locals are now inlined into the Message.
Message is off course bigger, but as they are created at compile time, that hardly matters
Some programs did get somewhat smaller, especially with both changes, but not super much

unify space collection attribute naming
...
currently space is still acting as a sort of memory manager.
For proper linking, all objects must be reachable from space, hence the plural versions like messages and addresses (even they are instances, it is the list that is important)
To dish out instance to use, the head must be kept, ie next_XXX for intergers, return addresses and messages

several larger changes came together, bit of cleaning too
...
- all code must be in functions (which must be in classes).
— changes a fair few tests
— also changes api, as method is not recursive, not passed around
- all state in instance vars in compiler (no accessors)
- class is another such variable, surely more coming
all green again

Symbols take care of uniqueness at the same time
