remove parfait module magic
...
since we are now ruby sorcerers, not just wizards, we remove the Parfait module in the compiler (Still have to avoid the name clashes)

Renaming Vool exppressions rightly
...
Class, Method and Lambda (was block) are expressions.
Just making things clearer, especially for the blocks (ahem, lambdas) is matters.

in integer and word mainly, replaced with allocate_int
(tests pending as syscalls are undone)

otherwise it is just a local var
Also need to make the type explicit for all
Protocol included memory_length on the class for now

...
or rather right (2 as should be and will be)
but currently we use next AND value + type means 3, rounded 4
because we can’t swap types at compile time (as is planned at runtime,
we use next OR value)
