删除约50个文件：
- 翻译/i18n工具 21个（cjk_*、extract_*、apply_*等）
- 部署脚本 3个（build_and_push、deploy）
- 诊断调试文件 15个（check_*、query_*、db_output等）
- 旧截图 1个
- 杂项配置文件 3个（.antigravityrules .cursorrules tm_schema.txt）

fix: shuffleArray bug + Playwright多轮对话测试 + 初学者考核脚本

- 修复 shuffleArray 返回新数组但调用处用 const 未接收返回值（3处）
- 新增 test-multiround.mjs Playwright 多轮对话测试（简答+追问全流程）
- 新增 do-assessment.mjs / check-result.mjs 考核体验脚本
- CLAUDE.md 增加 AI 工作流指令规则
- package.json 添加 playwright 依赖

feat: implement QuestionBank CRUD with pagination and template query

- Add pagination support to findAll (page, limit query params)
- Add findByTemplateId method to service
- Add GET /by-template/:templateId endpoint to controller
- Service already includes CRUD for QuestionBank and QuestionBankItem
