## 01 设计目标与范围

本次优化在不破坏现有代码审查流程的前提下,为四个静态分析适配器(ESLint、Stylelint、PMD、SQL-Lint)增加统一的三层配置模式机制,并在侧边栏设置面板中新增"静态分析适配器"可视化配置区域。用户无需查阅外部文档即可完成全部适配器配置。
